While I was in Savannah, I became ill with Bronchitis and absolutely could not speak. As I was checking out, the Guest Service Associate was amazing...she offered to get me hot water with lemon to drink on my drive back to JAX.... Her concern and caring was just the greatest thing at that moment! (Sorry I forgot to get her name)... but wanted you to know!

What an incredible stay! We loved the Marshall House...beautiful hotel. Ruben, was great with the parking of our car and very friendly. We will be back...the evening cordials were super. You made us feel so very welcomed to the South. Bravo!!!

We are from Savannah and just wanted to get away for a night and stay downtown. It was an excellent location for us to walk around and enjoy the night with some friends. I would recommend this hotel to any of my out of town guests.

It was a delight to find the Marshall House even better than the pictures and description on the internet. The location was centrally located to all the sites we wished to see. The staff were most helpful in answering questions as to which was the best trolley tour and where to find a place to eat. The room was phenomenal; combination of old world charm with the claw footed tub in the bath and a large flat screen tv as well as computer connection for our laptop. No ghost sightings, but the potential of one was exciting none-the-less! We loved the new decor, new bedding and the turndown service. I even purchased one of your robes to take home with me to remember our visit. We will recommend the Marshall House to all of our friends who visit the Savannah area.

My daughter and I came for a "girls' weekend" and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marshall House. The Bellman were always particularly friendly, especially Carlton, with a kind word when we were leaving or arriving. The personnel at the Front desk on Sunday graciously allowed us to stay one hour past check out so we could attend church and change in our room afterwards. The room was beautiful. We loved everything about our stay and hope to continue this tradition.
