Historic Savannah Hotel Rooms

Fun, quirky, and a little bit different, the guest rooms at The Marshall House have a unique style that you just won't find in a new hotel.  It's a mix of modern and vintage, past and present, featuring everything from original 1850s doors and moulding to contemporary furniture and present-day amenities.  The Marshall House offers three suites and 65 guest rooms, ranging from our Petite Queen Rooms to the unique and spacious Mary Marshall Suite on the balcony.

Broughton Balcony King

The balcony rooms are the most unique and fun guest rooms in the house. There are only 6 of them, so book these rooms early if you can! Here you'll step through large, raised windows onto a wrought-iron veranda spanning the front of the hotel. Only guests who book the balcony rooms have access to the veranda. Features include:

The Mary Marshall Suite

The Mary Marshall Suite is our very best guest suite, and is a favorite for special occasions and weddings. Located on the second floor, with access to the balcony on the front of The Marshall House. Features Include:

  • Original, antique claw-foot bathtub
  • Separate full-size shower
  • Parlor with sleeper sofa, separate from bedroom
  • Access to the hotel's semi-private veranda

Accessible King

Our Accessible King Rooms closely resemble our Classic King guest rooms, but with accessible bathroom features and details. These rooms are located along the inside corridor of The Marshall House with convenient elevator access.

A $40+tax per room/per-day amenity fee will be added to the daily room rate. This fee allows guests to enjoy the amenities and services below without miscellaneous charges.
