Savannah During COVID
Savannah During COVID
With all of Savannah's beautiful squares and parks open for walking, social distancing in Savannah is a breeze. All of our usual recommended sites are open for tours. The beaches of Tybee Island are open to the public, though visitors are encouraged to keep a safe distance from others. Tour buses and companies are operating as usual, but with social distancing and mask-wearing practices in place. Because of COVID-19, large crowd-gathering events in Savannah have been canceled or postponed, and you'll definitely want to bring a mask with you to wear inside buildings.

Where to Eat & Drink?
Where to Eat & Drink?
Savannah's restaurants and bars are open, offering dine-in services with precautions like social distancing, some limited seating, and staff wearing masks. There's been an addition of many outdoor seating areas along the sidewalks and streets, so there's lot of outdoor options now too! Of course, our to-go cup culture is alive and well. Enjoy the outdoor air while sipping on your favorite beverage as long as it's enjoyed in a plastic cup that's 16 oz or less.
Also, as a guest at The Marshall House, you'll enjoy a complimentary wine reception each evening, and wine is available for purchase to enjoy in your room.
