The Marshall House has three suites and 65 guest rooms, ranging from Petite Queen Rooms to the spacious Mary Marshall Suite on the balcony. Each room features historic details you'll love, coupled with the modern amenities you need to feel right at home. 

Our most popular guest rooms are the six Broughton Balcony King rooms that provide private access to the hotel's iconic verandah.

• Unique Room Features

The Marshall House underwent an extensive renovation in 1999. Many of its original features were preserved:

  • Authentic 19th Century doors, windows, railings, moldings, and tall ceilings  
  • Some rooms have antique claw-foot tubs
  • Broughton Balcony King Rooms offer access to a wrought-iron balcony, which was reconstructed to replicate the building's original veranda of the early 1900s, through floor-to-ceiling windows

• Breakfast Available at 45 Bistro

Start your day in Savannah with a delicious breakfast from our restaurant, 45 Bistro. A full American breakfast buffet is served daily from 7 am - 10 am in the Atrium, adjacent to the Library on the first floor.

Cost is $9.95 per adult, and children under the age of 13 dine free.
