Search our availability to book these great rates.  These reduced rates will always include our signature Marshall House amenities – expanded continental breakfast, turndown service, and complimentary high-speed internet access.  Each night, Sunday through Thursday, wine and cheese is served in our Library.  Book now to guarantee the lowest rate of the season!


 September Innkeeper's Special:

Enjoy Fall in Savannah with our Innkeeper’s Special!  This special guarantees you receive the lowest rate available, while always providing the best of the Marshall House in a Queen or King Room, determined upon availability.  The Innkeeper’s Special includes an expanded continental breakfast, nightly turndown service, and access to the Downtown Athletic Club.  Sunday through Thursday guests will also enjoy our wine and cheese reception in our Library. The Fall Innkeeper's Special is available in September.   Rates are currently as low as $139!

AAA & AARP Discounts:
